Belinda's unique court reporting career spanning 17 years allowed her to travel nationally and internationally with some of the top law firms in our nation. She reported cases at the state and federal levels, both civil and criminal, where she witnessed individuals, families, and businesses experience trauma, loss, and problems in everyday living. It was in those precious moments that she realized she must become more than an empathic listener and further her education in order to be of service in effecting dynamic, powerful, and positive change.
Her love of people and her strong desire to help others led her into the study of human behavior, the mind-body-spirit connection and discovering the power of the mind to facilitate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral change. She has achieved excellence by incorporating all of her skills in the field of psychology with Hypnosis, NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), the most influential and expeditious tools on our planet for harnessing the power of the mind for rapid and dynamic change.
Belinda Waters, MA, CH, CI, CT.NLP, has her master's in Clinical Psychology. In addition, she completed all course work for her doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) with a 3.5 GPA. She is a certified hypnotist and instructor through the National Guild of Hypnotists. She is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer in NeuroLinguistic Programming through the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Programming.
Belinda presented as faculty at the 2008 International Convention of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). She has trained personally with William Horton, Psy.D., founder of the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming, internationally known speaker and author of Mind Control and Primary Objective-Neuro-Linguistic Psychology for Guerilla Warfare. She has been personally trained by Tom Nicoli, BCH, who appeared on Dateline with his extroadinary "Weight Loss Program."
